As the situation around the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our priority has been for the health and safety of our customers,  injured workers' and employees.

Many of our providers are responding to the COVID-19 situation and limiting patient care at this time. Now more than ever, providers understand that workers continue to have a need for evaluation services in order to address continuity of benefits that are essential for the injured worker. As such, PAX Resource Consulting continues to schedule IME’s, Impairment Rating and 2nd Opinions in our office and have immediate openings. Please contact PAX Resource Consulting at (602) 687-9859 in Arizona and (505) 883-0406 in New Mexico or visit our Referrals page to schedule.

Please be advised that PAX Resource Consulting continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation. PAX wants to assure our customers that we are making every effort to provide a safe and healthy environment for our specialists and injured workers and our employees. We recognize that the situation is still evolving and as of this moment, we do not anticipate any disruption in the services we provide to our customers. PAX will continue to monitor the state of affairs and in the meantime, we are taking a proactive approach and are following the safety guidelines and procedures outlined by the Centers for Disease Control.

For Evaluations taking place in our office, we are an office staff of 3 or less and are further limiting the number of people in the office as recommended by healthcare professionals and making sure that those patients and specialists attending appointments in our office are pre-screened appropriately prior to coming to the office. Our staff is regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment and reminded of the need for frequent hand-washing. Most importantly, our staff is asked to stay home from work if they feel sick. Employees are able to work from home and address any customer concerns should the need arise.

PAX remains dedicated to serving our clients’ needs during this difficult time, while keeping our employees injured workers' and customers safe. Operating safely remains our highest priority.

Thank you for your cooperation and support during these challenging times.
